TikTok star and radio host Azziad Nasenya has faced public scrutiny after her upscale Kileleshwa apartment was listed for auction due to an outstanding mortgage.
In response to widespread speculation and online comments, Azziad shared a video on her social media platforms.
In the video, she humorously prepares tea, stating, “You wanted tea, here is tea, but remember, never let the tea get cold, drink it while it’s hot.”
The auction notice, scheduled for October 8, 2025, at the Jeevan Bharati Building in Nairobi, pertains to her four-bedroom apartment at Platinum Oak Residency.
The property, valued between KSh 24.5 million and KSh 29.5 million, was reportedly put up for sale by Okuku Agencies Auctioneers after Azziad defaulted on a KSh 25 million mortgage.
