Governor James Orengo on Tuesday, September 23, paid a courtesy call on CS for Cooperatives and MSMEs Development, Wycliffe Oparanya.The visit aimed to formally invite CS Oparanya and his ministry to partner in ensuring the success of the upcoming Siaya International Trade and Investment Conference.
